IZNA is a seven-member girl group formed through a survival show created by Mnet, WakeOne, and The Black Label. They debuted on November 25, 2024, with their first song, “IZNA.”

On August 19, 2025, Wake One released a statement regarding Yoon Ji-yoon’s health status, and she would officially leave the group, leaving IZNA with six active members.

The original lineup included Mai, Bang Jee-min, Koko, Ryu Sa-rang, Choi Jung-eun, Jeong Sae-bi, and Yoon Ji-yoon. They blend vocal power, synchronization, and captivating looks, as well as confidence and talents, making them one of the most promising acts in K-pop and even called “Monster Rookie” by Korean media outlets.

Prior to this, in February 2025, Yoon Ji‑yoon went on hiatus after her debut to prioritize her health and undergo medical treatment. She first gained attention after ranking third overall in the survival show I-LAND 2: N/a and is also known for her unique voice and stage presence.

Her exit has left many fans heartbroken, with some expressing frustration and raising concerns. Meanwhile, on social media, hashtags like #WE_LOVE_YOU_JIYOON and #NAYAS_SUPPORT_JIYOON trended after the announcement, with fans sharing messages of support and memories of her time in the group.
